Although the concept of providing on call/app auto is very convenient for the customers but still the execution part of this startup is somewhat bad.
Like the other player in the transportation segment jugnoo has a little different approach, for example: if you try to book the auto, the request will go to the nearby autos unlike Uber/ola where you directly get a cab here you have to wait the auto driver to accept your request.
This strategy is useful for the driver but not so much for us the customers. The reason for me disliking the jugnoo services is the same that many of the times the auto is near me but he don’t accept the request and somehow I get stuck with the auto which is kms away from me.
