I have been using jugnoo autos for almost 2-3 months and I have to say it is best app for auto booking. Here are its pros and cons based on my experience.
Pros:
1) fares are very cheap.
2) online payment(paytm) as well as cash payment is available.
3) provides nice cashback offers.
4) every time, my booking was successful and my experience was good.
5) customer service is good.
Cons:
1) limited no of autos are available yet. in some areas, they are not available most of the times.
2) sometimes I have faced the issue regarding detection of my current location.
