I have been using jugnoo autos from like one and a half year so I will just share my experience with you guys, what I witnessed in this time period. you have to book a ride through their app and once it’s accepted by a driver, he will call you back for confirmation about your location. they take maximum of 15 minutes to arrive at your location so it’s fast obviously. jugnoo provides you with discount coupons now and then. you can add money in jugnoo wallet ( haste free ) and it will get auto deducted when you reach your destination. cashless ( no need to carry money at all ) . sometimes driver denies to pick up so you can just cancel the ride and give your feedback that why you have to cancel the ride, there’s a help button as well on the app so safety is there as well so overall I recommend jugnoo autos to everyone.
