If you are addicted to your creature comforts but cant afford to cough up a kings ransom for your Delhi abode, the centrally located and modern-style Hotel Jukaso InnDown Town is likely to tickle your fancy.
This is one of Connaught Places most contemporary mid-range hotels, with its rooms in far better condition than most other moderately priced properties in this area, despite them being a bit on the small side. The actual building was constructed in 1942, but the interior has virtually no whiff of that era, with the property having gone though major renovations to make it as 21st-century as possible. Dont be deceived by the tiny reception area, which gives the impression that the place is cramped; the rooms are less claustrophobic and all fitted out with reasonably plush furnishings. Most rooms have corporate-style carpets (indeed, this hotel seesaws between the holiday and business worlds) and all contain colour LCDs, tastefully upholstered chairs, mirrors and the occasional framed painting. Theres a round-the-clock coffee shop as well as room service. The Hotel is Wi Fi Enabled which is a great help
