This is a complaint regarding false commitment made by Mr. Rahul and Ravi from Jukaso in Varanasi. As per discussions with him regarding Dubai trip, we were promised free accommodation in Dubai on becoming members of Jukaso.
We planned a trip to Dubai based on this false promise and paid for air tickets which were done by Mr Rahul himself. Our tickets to Dubai are of 28th Jan. When I called him day before yesterday just to get details of bookings, he said that accommodation is not available.
We are terribly disappointed as he should have informed earlier before booking air tickets.To add to that he promised that he’ll give us a discount of 10% to 30% on air tickets but we didn’t get any discount.
This makes a very bad impression of Jukaso and make us doubt if Jukaso is fraud.
