I have raised a complaint that it is not working since 15 days. technician visited my place and said he will come next days to replace a small part, after that he did not come and just closed my service request. I raised a complaint with again, since last 1 week they just fooling me everyday by saying technician will visit me today but no one comes. Everyday I am following up with customer care but they are just cheating on me. I feel the company is cheating its customers. Although my sewing machine.
