About a few weeks back we(I and my friend) were buying iPhone 6 from JUMBO ELECTRONICS, AMBIENCE MALL, GURGAON. On opening the to our shock, the iPhone 6 is used one and package in inappropriate box with dirty look and feel with scratches also there is something written on the iPhone back side.
The iPhone 6 is something I wanted to gift to my wife for our Anniversary, they simply took customers feeling and sentiments as nothing and trying to assume people are idiots . We are fully disappointed and cheated by
JUMBO ELECTRONICS. Unforgettable experience with them. requested for return of our money at the earliest and don’t allow such a fraudulent merchant play with peoples money, time and feeling. Jumbo electronics made our day as a regretful one .This is completely an unacceptable and deliberate effort to cheat customers. One should not buy products from them at all, to my utmost shock, they had more such used pieces packed!
I had got confirmed from the apple center that the phone was used. Please avoid buying phones from them and spread the word so that no one else is cheated.
