Whenever I see movie jungle. First thing or I say song comes to my mind is " yahoo! Chahe koi Mujhe junglee kahe" . Then the great Shammi Kapoor n gorgeous Saira Banu.
This movie is mostly pictured in Kashmir beauty and the story has lots of romance to show. This movie has lots of amazing songs like yahoo. Aii aaiy a Karun main Kya suku suku etc.
Director has portrayed characters very interstingly . Like Shammi as Shekhar " a man who never laughs fall in love with a Kashmiri gal", Lalita Pawar as a strict n disciplined mother, Shashikala Shekhar’s bubbly sister as " Mala", Anoop Kumar as employee Jeevan & lover of Mala and last but not the least Saira Banu as Kashmir ki Kali " raj Kumari.
Story goes like this Lalita Pawar is a real hitler mother, who don’t allow her kids to love and enjoy . Shekhar is like his mother but Mala is a free bird who love Jeevan and got married to him. Somehow Jeevan father who is also a employee at Shekhar office came to know about Mala Jeevan affair, he informed Shekhar n n his mother about it .
They decided to send Mala to Kashmir with Shekhar so that she forget Jeevan. Shekhar’s mother has already fixed his marriage with some princess( who is fake) . Now in Kashmir Shekhar met rajkumari . Rajkumari is a lively gal, her father is a local vaidh. Meanwhile Shekhar sister found that she is pregnant so she decided to die, rajkumari saved her. Rajkumari also convinced Shekhar for her sister baby .later Shekhar fell in love with Rajkumar and he became a changed man.
That’s how the story ends when everyone get to know the truth of fake princess, Mala and Shekhar .
