Stay away. I tried to write a thoughtful, polite review. I tried. Honestly I tried being civilized. But at the end of it, it all comes down to two words: stay away.
I have been a member for four months, having renewed for three months after an initial three months trial period. Now, I am glad that I didn’t renew my membership for a whole year. In fact when I renewed, I had actually sent them a mail saying I wish I had the confidence to renew for a whole year, but I was not entirely happy with their service. They never bothered to reply to my email, inspite of the fact that I was putting my money on them.
With an equally bad experience with LibraryWala in Mumbai, I have come to the sad conclusion that these people don’t understand how to run a business on the net.
