The service is pathetic for delivery.They are not able to deliver the books in 15 days and you cannot order alternate books because you have already ordered. The system is totally inefficient. Once you have placed an order you can not do a manual transaction.
By the time you receive a book your subscription is over and you need to pay for next month. To get the refund of your security deposit is very difficult and they will make you to make trips for that.
