I took their services for some of my business purpose. They told me the plan for Rs 3000/Monthly. First they take 3 months advance payment. That means I paid 9000 to them. Then After using their services for 3 months I don’t get much business from them and I told them that all my payment is done and I have took your service now I want you to close my account. They told me that your account will be closed shortly. But for regular 3 months they deduct my monthly ECS from my account. It was my savings account. They didn’t shuts down our business and keep deducting ECS. When I talk to their customer support. They were abusive in language and it was very unpleasant behaviour from their staff lady. At last what I did is I didn’t put money in my account and in that way they didn’t get a way to deduct ECS. I mean if someone don’t want their service why would we pay the monthy ECS. Their closure procedure is very bad. They have worst customer service and worst management skills. They are just looting their innocent customers by not giving them proper instructions. I would not recommend just dial to any one for their newly start business.
