I worked in justdial pvt ltd in 2011 ( for a month exactly due to its unbearable pressure) at its bangalore location ( near indian express cunningham road.) I got offered in sales deparment. my work profile was to make outgoing calls to small to medium size businesses and enroll or register them to justdial .where the business owners have to buy packs like gold, diamond and platinum ! these packs helps them with customers from justdial. the more higher packs the more customers you get ! this is their statergy. all was well for the first month and even the salary and benefits which was offered to me was quite good ( but not good for the pressure we go through) .once I started taking calls the pressure mounted and my team lead started asking for sales every now and then. they dont understand that we are new to this industry and need some time to stablize. even there are lots of adjustments to be made to grow to the next level, instead of identifying genuine talent. the work environment and infrastructure is quite good compared to other companies with good food and friendly staffs like housekeepers and security guards. there is a great size of attrition rate as many people leave the company every month due to heavy pressure , thus job security is like walking on a thin piece of ice ! you never know when you will be fired , without warning .the ceo of the company is mr vss.mani he hardly visits his branches thus making the matters even worse. overall the company is not suited for freshers and not a great idea to start your career !
