I would like to tell you that except for the directory services all other info posted on their website is fake. You can be easily misled by their reviews and ratings. They never allow u to post any review which would hamper their clients business.
Please do not choose a service based on the ratings and reviews posted on their website. They are highly non-transparent. Me and my spouse had a horrible experience by choosing a fashion designer (Arunaya design studio - hsr layout Bangalore) based on the reviews posted in Just dial and thinking that it would be genuine since it was JD verified. These designers were highly unprofessional and uncorteous they didn’t complete the work as per our requirement but argued with us and charged amount for uncompleted work too.
Just dial never allowed us to post this fact against them, only then I came to know the true color of JD.
