Went to watch'Just my Luck'-- How unlucky

I really don know what came to my hubby’s mind when he got the tickets for this movie unexpectedly. I must admit that we both are movie buffs but going though 2 hours of this movie was really a torture. No story line , no witty dialogues, no humourous scenes & situations. During the entire movie I wastrying to understand that why Mr. Donald Petrie ( the director) took the pains to make this movie. My mind like that of sherlock Holmes was busy deducting the true motive of making this movie... Was it that Lindsay begged for a role , or may be lot of black money r God knows what.

There is no plot but I know I will have to go through the formality of putting down something .. So here it is :

Manhattan socialite, Ashley (Lindsey Lohan) is the luckiest person in New York ie she has the Midas touch ... whatever she wants , she gets it from oddest of places. The luck ranges from getting cab, not getting wet in rain , cheap cloth bargains , dates to just about anthing and everything you can imagine.Untill, one night she goes to a masquerade ball and meets, Jake (Chris Pine). Jake on the other hand has the worst luck and is basically a loser. He is so unfortunate that he cannot even sit without tearing his pants ....At the party, Ashley kisses Jake and their luck swaps. From that very moment her life becomes miserable and she looses her high paying job, her house and also some of her hair.

Then Ashley is determined to find out Jake to get her luck back and teh story goes on & on & on ..... Blah Blah Blah

My earnest request to all of you ....Please DONT WATCH THIS MOVIE (Thats me yelling at the top of my voice to warn all of u)

This movie is recommended for people who are head over heels for Lindsay and can waste anything to just see her on screen.. For all other Pals ... A big NO
