A customer of JustDial, top security services, Laggere, Bangalore cheated me of Rs.18, 000. The cheating was done in a shameless way, they took my money as advance and neither returned nor supplied the material. I posted a separate review in detail on MouthShut.
But the JustDial people are supporting this merchant just because they get revenue from this fellow. On the top of it they have also recognized them as "JD Verified."
I have made several complaints involving JustDial and they wrote to me saying that the company would be blacklisted. But what they have really done is they have black listed me. And any comments that I post are not cleared because they are against their beloved customer who brings them revenue!
To put it simple, just do not trust the ratings given in the Just Dial, they are all highly biased in favor of whoever pays them and keep them afloat in their business.
