Poor poor poor poor services! Fraud cheater. ! Hi gyzs. I m a owner of RTC COACHING CENTER COMMERCE BRAND IN NAGPUR. I started using services of just dial to increase customers enquiry at 2- feb-2019.
Kapil Thakre just dial executives came many times to my office and asked many times sir use our services if you not satisfied stop services after 2month.
OK I agree with Kapil. I start using paid subscription by paying 1180/- rs 2month as advanced at 18/12/2019 .
He came and collect cheque and gives form and ask to sign it for ECS FROM BANK. I SIGNED IT. He said u stop it after 2month of you not satisfied.
After using services no proper response of customers I decided to stop services.
I called to customer care many times. They said services will stop after 3month from subscriltion date. OK with that.
Even executives commit for 2 months.
After 3month again I m waiting mails to stop my services they won’t stop it.
I go to my bank to stop it they we can’t stop it. U ask justdial.
After writing many mails no response from m FRAUD SERVICES PROVIDER JUSTDIAL .
I have proof of everything things some of screenshots m sharing to u ppl.
Don’t take subscription services. Even don’t sign ecs form it’s never stop by justdial.
In the month march - April 2020 . They still recovering Amt through ecs . And writing mail ecs is bounce. ( if no Amy on such date) Sharing payment link to pay it.
Idiots just dial team I asked many times stop it! Stop it!
But u replying with pay bounce ecs.
What about response of mail to stop my services. No mail no reply .
