I had called several times to justdial and mail them too. for removing my residential number from their site, since it has been used in someone else’s business listing. I talked to mr. niraj punjabi, ms. jenifer and several others. but now it is almost two years and they didn’t removed my number from the site.. I got many calls regarding the business which I don’t do. just because of the incorrect information provided by justdial. JustDial is doing the business of providing the WRONG and UNVERIFIED information to clients.
Also one more thing is when you call for something from your area, they will provide information of another area, because that vendor(from another area) has provided more money to JustDial then your area’s vendor. so even if you ask for mandap decorators from borivali, they will provide you numbers from andheri.
Please don’t use justdial for getting perfect information.
