My Desktop was not operating correctly and I tried Just dial and a person came and serviced the system and collected the money. Later I found that the system performance was better before I got it serviced.
I wanted to raise a complaint with Just dial about the person that came for servicing so that they can stop recommending that person for computer services, but the just dial people said that the concerned team will get back to me and talk to me about the issues and see what they can do.
But no one called me to check about my complaint even after complaining it multiple times.
Just dial people only want to make money by sending non trained people also, as they get money from these people and least bothered about the people who suffer by taking their services.
I would like to mention that the person that came for service was sitting and sleeping on the chair when he was servicing the desktop, and he does not know what is Excel and word files, and had a lot of difficulty to install those on my system and totally destroyed my desktop.
