I dont know if it is even worth doing this cause I have spoken to people at all levels including a campaign manager and Sr branch manager. Both visited our office to negotiate the costs and then said they cant afford it. Very next day they called up saying they would. We agreed to payment terms and we were supposed to pay them a 3 month advance.
This was almost 2 months ago. But no execution or progress since then, no response to emails, they dont take fone calls too, though the Campaign manager gentleman contacted me once or twice (after several attempts from my end) to ask for info abt our centres already provided to JustDial on more than one occasions. But after that no action. I think I cant take this contract to execution without an VP level person or maybe HR since ur employees are "not functioning at all" at least in our case. Remains to be seen how strong is just dial social media team.
Poor sales team, imagine level of service you can expect once you pay up.
