Dear Justdial please stop playing with the time of other people because we got lot of work to do rather than your faulty services.
I used do use this site till the last month. On 2nd of August I received a message from the website saying that they would post ads about our shop on the site so they asked me to pay ?3000 for the advertisment of the shop for 30 days.
So I made payment using netbanking I received notification from the bank regarding deduction of the money I also received message from the Justdial website but ads were not showing so I called them but they didn’t received my phone call I also tried emailing but they didn’t respond. So I waited and called them on 5th August this time they replied I told them all the story they said they would fix this. But they didn’t so I called them next day still no response.
Finally on 15 August they activated ads but only for 15 days they considered first 15 days as working of the subscription.
So in my opinion Justdial is very careless about their customers services.
