I am customer of justdial for last four years, in fact I have multiple contracts with them. previously they were very good but day by day their service is deteriorating. their main focus is towards getting new contracts not on retaining the old by providing service to them.
Once you pay them the absolutely forget you, they will not talk to you the way they used to before contract. they will not call you back or reply your mails. I have four contracts with justdial and have srious issues with three of them that’s 75% of it, and when I told them about it, they said why dont you see that your one contract is fetching you the results.
