Most of us, when at sea about services etc, tend to look up Just Dial and come up with a service provider. Although it is a good concept and very helpful, there is a trick which all of us should be aware of.
The bad reviews are never published. If a company is cheating you or not offering good services, a person can know of it only after reading the critical reviews. But Just Dial will help you to get cheated by not publishing these.
I recently went to a fridge repairer, called Concord Services. Since it was a holiday and my job was urgent, I could not crosscheck prices of spares etc. The next day, to my horror, I found that a part worth Rs 180/- in the local market, was billed to me for Rs 1600!
I hope the readers of my experience will be careful. If you feel Just Dial is offering good reviews, you might be just taken for a grand ride.
