Unethical Business Practices I have proof

I have very painful experience with JD not once but many times. Totally unprofessional and unethical way of doing business. Never care about their customer. Their act never match their words. JD always demonstrate its monopoly in unethical way. They are payment hunger and they follow all the false and unethical pay to collect the payment prior to the due date without any information. Sometime ECS hits twice a week and sometime ECS hits even after one year of terminating the service. So nonsence.


I deposited two months advance and ECS was supposed to hit after 45 days but it was presented within 20-21 days and second ECS was presented within next 4 days without any information. This caused a CHQ bounce from my account whihc in tern damaged my Credibility.


Second thing they Have pre-printed ECS mandate form and never allow to modify it. Their ECS mandate is like, they can present any time even after months of service termination.


I got my bank debited after almost one year after terminating the service. this time ECS was presented twice within week. this is all due to they have, wrong ECS mandate signed by user.
