Don’t understand how the are surviving in this compitive environment. Thank God I was able to know about this company before I paid them.
They can promise you anything on phone, and anything means anything. But please don’t go by their words. Just ask them to give in writing what they are promising and for sure you would know what they are really offering and real price of their services. NEVER PAY BEFORE WRITTEN AGREEMENT. Ask for agreement and performa invoice before you pay. I could have attached audio calls but that’s not possible here, (I could only attach pictures here) and when I asked to send e-mail they just changed everything. Customer like me, who has little knowledge about technical services they are offering, they can easily cheat them. So just beware.
