All they do is Cheat and run away with your money!
After a lot of calls there customer representative made. I thought of using Justdial as a tool to get business leads. The sales department chased me to get money and repeatedly pleaded me to sign up with them. The Account manager who was involved in selling me the package was Mr. Mukesh( Ph. 9310622813) and he wanted me to buy it then and there because it was a month closing for him and he wanted to get some great sales bonus without caring and promising for servies which he has never been able to give. He told me that he gave me a discount of Rs. 1500 and the package what costs Rs. 4500 will cost me Rs.3000 only because it was his month closing and he has got the approval from his supervisor. BUT ALL THAT WAS A LIE!
and after all the running away I thought of using the services BUT with a condition that my package would get active on the 9th of Feb 2012, but to my surprise I started getting leads from the 1st Feb 2012 and that too from a category which I never wanted.
From the last 6 days I have not received even a SINGLE lead from Just Dial.
I have sent 3 emails as of now and they have not replied to even one.
I called up there customer care 5-6 times. Either it is a Lunch break - System slow - Person not on the desk- Call disconnection. I am just fed up with this!
My account manager has been giving his phone to some random lady, who talks really rude.
I don’t understand what to do.
Please Don’t go for justDial’s paid service. It is not worth it. You will just have to run after your hard earned money instead try other services of getting genuine customers.
They will be very sweet before you will give them a cheque and will act like silly demons and make you run after them and waste your time.
JustDial Don’t lie to your customers or else you will have to exit the market.
I have also raised a complaint with the consumer court.( Complaint no. 356398)
