Although justdial.com is a good place to find the business listings. However the worst part about this website is that they never put negative review for the suppliers, especially if they are appearing in the top listings. Many customers (like me) make their decision on basis the reviews that users put in.
For last few months I have realized that even lousy suppliers can appear in top (guess how????) and their negative reviews are never posted. I have myself put in negative remarks for some of the suppliers but they were never posted.
As a conclusion, it’s definitely not a transparent website like ’tripadvisor.com" and completely misleading the common consumers by concealing proper reviews, untrustworthy. After all its the consumers who creates the demand and not the suppliers. JD has to soon or later realize this......
