The Just dial representative tracks down the Negative Reviews for every client of theirs and makes calls to the person who has wrote it.
I had wrote a negative review 6 months back on some Interior Designer. They called and argued that I have never obtained defective service. When I said I can show the bills and proof. They asked if the Designer has done any recourse.
I replied no recourse can be done as I had got all interior designing done and there is no way they can correct it now. All I want is other customers like me to be aware of his faulty service. The JD rep starting arguing no we cant continue to show the feedback we are deleting.
If you dont want to show any negative comments why the hell do you even take reviews? It looks like they are paid for getting these negative comments zeroed down. Hats off on your business technique. Please be professional and try accepting your negatives and work on it.
