Worst service provider and customer support if u think of using this to sell ur products and getting leads through them.
got the contract signed through them but their executive Mr Sameer Modi left and the company did not have the data of the contract signed with them.
They had deposited the cheque even after instructions were given to take a clearance before depositing the same.
The executive promised me to compensate for the same .forget compensation but my contract started after a long time and continuos follow up after paying money.had to do a rigourous follow up to start getting the leads for which I had paid up
After that I was supposed to get 167 leads as per the contract however they say the contract is over after just passing around 80-90 leads and after calling up their customer service for so many times stil my query is not sorted out.....very unreliable... So many times I had requested to send me detailed statement but I just get a statement saying that the credit is over........god know how... Very difficult to understand their culture as noone is ready to respond and take any responsibility of the same.
