We have been listing our company / services with just dial since last 8 years , in spite of this they have totally cheated us this year. We had taken their "Platinum" listing , they promised us that our name will be first in our category of video conferencing service. They kept their promise only for 2-3 months after which it was all the time on 4th position. We spoke to their customer care ( Ms. Lata) all the while but they kept denying. Finally after many days of struggle they admitted that ours was listed last , then they totally disassociated themselves with the responsibility and now they claim that this is a mistake ( since last so many months ? ) from the technical team.
In short I have understood that they promise just to extract your huge sums and once your money is in their hands they are free to catch new people with same promises. It’s very sad that they openly keep doing this and nobody resists. All of you please beware and do not waste your money without some legal advise. We are now planning to take a leagl advise.
