Product: 40 leads for our business
Case: Just dial sales executives contacted my company for advt and have simply offered this is a closing offer, We are giving 40 leads if you are booking for advt now. and asked for Rs.12, 000+ tax for D2 advt+40 leads. The sales executive has given the bill for 12, 000 towards advt. and I asked him to write for 40 leads. This closing offer is inclusive of 40 leads, there is no need to write in the bill. He called his superior and confirmed for 40 leads while giving the cheque. I have paid Rs.12, 000+tax in the month of AUgust 2008 to place advt on Just dial yellow pages.
I waited for one month and contacted the sales executive several times . I came to know that the 40 leads is not mentioned in the bill . So it is not applicable. But the sales executive is honestly accepting the offer what he has given . But the office people are not considering his words and customer complaint. Due to their executive problem, we are suffering . Please, do the needful.and hope we will get solution through you.
