I am a paid user of JD. Initially I thought they are providing good service. But I got shocked of my life when came to know that ECS was sent to my bank even before I made them initial payment of three months. When I called to JD customer support on 10th May, 2014, they said that you have signed the mandate of ECS of 10th of every month.
On the same call asked them to cancel my contract and stop the ECS asap as I dont want to continue with JD anymore. One the executive from ECS dept. told me that ECS stop request has been generated and promised me that from now onwards no ECS will generate.
On 19th May, 2014 I got call from my bank that ESC request has been sent from JD. This was really shocking to me. When I spoke again with JD customer support on 20th May. They had new story. They said that I gave the mandate of 19th of every month for ECS. First time they said the mandate date of ECS is 10th. then how come it got changed to 19th suddenly.
Right from signing the contract JD people are giving false information and commitments to me. Today CSR exec. has assured me that from now onwards ECS will not be generated and they also assured me that I will receive a call from JD ECS department on same date but till now havent received any call from JustDial. Again a big lie from justDial people.
I request to senior Management of JustDial to look into the matter.
If anyone wants to go for JustDial services, I will request them all kindly check and clarify all things 100 times before making an agreement with JustDial. The leads they send on sms and email are also not very useful and irrelevant.
I am one of their Unhappy clients.
