I downloaded this app today and had a chat with a hair specialist. I dont know that he was really a hair specialist or not because that app justdoc didn’t gave any information about a doctor, his certifications and nor he was allowing us to visit his profile.
When I had a chat with that person, he was not giving instant replies, he was taking 7-10 minutes to reply me.
I asked him about the problem of hairfall and the perfect routine for oil and shampoo our hair in a week. Than he told me to do test to rule out thyroid disorder: D
He didn’t even understood my problem. Than I told him that I dont have thyroid disorder but I have a problem of hairloss. Than he told me to use rogaine cream. When I searched it on google than I found that rogaine is for those who already have lost their hair on their upper vertex, and am not one of them!
Then he preferred me to use aloe vera gel which I found little bit useful. And I also liked the information provided in the news feed of the app but I didn’t liked my chat with that person. Just after doing 7 messages, he stopped his convo and told me to follow after 15 days which I didn’t liked because till the end he didn’t told me the perfect routine of oil and shampoo which I wanted initially. Therefore I give it 2 stars, 1 for the useful information I found in the news feed of the app.
