This is first time ordered food through Justeat.in. I was happy to get good discount.
I wanted to have specialized non-veg item from a particular restaurant. Since a minimum order amount was required, I ordered two additional things just to ensure that I get what I wanted - Galauti Kabab
Imagine my surprise when my order had Paneer instead.
I called resturant and they told me that can’t do anything because I ordered through Justeat.
Justeat people said they cant do anything because resturant is not agreeing.
In the end, somebody from justeat called and made very rude remark - Aapki galti hai, and disconnected.
I am wring this review just to ensure that everyone know that when you order through justeat.in be ready to be surprised by what they deliever. It may not be what you wanted in
