Our beautiful heaven that is justice ks hegde memorial law college which was dream and asset of our beloved supreme court judge late Justice KS hegde, is situated in kudla that is manglore , karnataka state.
Regarding acadamics various law courses are offered here. People who have completed their pre university course can opt this college for their higher studies. Students who have done graduation in bcom or bbm can also go for law courses. If you have completed your graduation in other discipline then you may have to study LLB for 2 years. If you are directly opting this course after completion of your PU then you may have to study 2 more years. Fees is comparitively lower compared to other law colleges which are already existing in manglore city. This college also gets good ranks every year and good place ment according to me.
I have done my LLB from this college and I good marks . More than marks I got knowledge about the subject.
To talk about its infrastructure, college is well furnished with fans and projector in every class room. Each clasa has capacity of 50 students with 4 fans in all classrooms. College has got its own volleyball and shuttle badminton courts for playing. College students can park their vehicles outside the campus aswell. College has good canteen and also outside there are number of canteens for food.
Students are pretty decent. Usually manglorians especially since it is tulunad they mingle with other state people very easily and quickly. You wil learn new language if you are from other state or other district. Lectures are very friendly. They attend all your doubts and they maintain friendly relationship with students.
Now finally talking about whether this college is worth for money? I would say this college is 100 percent worth joining. Rather than developing in marks try to develop in other extra curricular activities.
Personal experience-
Before joining this college I had stage fear. When I used to look at mass audience I used to shiver. Now today I have the ability do presentation in the classroom. I have got skills enough to convince my clients. I have got power to talk infront of masa audience. All thanks our justice ks hegde law college. So my suggetion would be. if you are looking for a law college then this would be best choice in your career.
