Horrible Service

Pickup and Drop was Not the same as told by TL( Mahesh Patil) Contact No: 8879636683


Kilometers was not set by the TL( Mahesh Patil) at the time of Drop the Vehicle.


The Car taken for the ride was not in a good condition at the time of pickup there was a physical damage on the back and front


side of the car.


we faced the Issues of Stopping the car in way and there was no technical help given by The TL( Mahesh Patil) .


The car was Stopped in the Ride for about 30 to 40 minutes almost 3 to 4 times.


The key of the car was dropped in the water by mistake and the central lock system of the key was


not functioning and for that TL ( Mahesh Patil) Charged a Amount of Rs3000 which is the maximum amount


of the damage.


The key of the car is covered in the maximum damage or minimum damage?


what are the things covered in minimum damage and maximum damage.


at the time of payment I prefered to pay the cash to the TL( Mahesh Patil) but he denied to take


the cash and forced to pay the amount by card.none of the swipe machines was working of the TL. After


wasting 30 to 40 minutes of customer he told to pay by cash.


the TL at the drop viewed the car and asked the amount for the damage which was there at the time of pickup.


but when I told him to see the images after clicked at the time of pickup he chaged the topic to the key


and charged for 3000 fine just for a key.


kindly look into the matter or else I have to take the legal action against the company for making a fraud


towards the customer and Mental Harrasement of the customer.
