Hi, I used zoom car 3 times, the best thing is that you can extend your hours any time by calling up customer care. But with just ride what I see they lack fleet and they charge heavy penalty even if you call them to extend the trip time. I took on 31st dec when the traffic was massive I called them 1 hr early asking for extension they told, they cant help and I have to pay 500 penalty and 2 times the charge.
God save those who are in my situation next time. I recommend to try Zoom car first in case you are in bangalore. Dont go by thier cheap deposits. Also when I took vehical they asked me to fill fuel. Then I had to travel 10 kms opp direction to fill fuel . So I dont recommend just ride compared to zoom.
