This is perhaps all I ever wanted in a handycam.......its got all the features that one could look for ..... Its small , sleek, smart, and excellent quality videos and stills can be taken, , ........it has a 2 megapixel camera for taking the stll pics and the videos are recorded in mpeg2 format.........it has 2 memory slots ...one for the harddisk of 4 GB which comes as a default and also for an SD card which u will hav to purchase yourself............ it has various modes for video recording like ultra, fine, normal, eco which can be chosen according to the surrounding conditions etc, which also varies the size of each file.......the data can be transfered to the computer via USB cable provided and can be edited or copied to a cd or dvd using the softwares provided with the camera.....the still photos can also be printed directly using the kodak printers compatible with the camera............ the only problem is that it takes some time to focus when u zoom in or out and its function are a little confusing to understand......... On the whole this camcorder has got one of the best quality videos and still photos I ever wanted and its worth its cost........
