I am using K7 for around 3 years but now I decided to stop using it and opt other antiviruses like Quick heal, Microsoft web protection, etc . Why I am saying this have various reasons .
Help functionality: If I am talking about its help icon then, whenever problem arises, I click it and It has no answer Regarding my problem and it displayed a message everytime report this thread to administrator .
User Friendly: I did not found it user friendly, difficult to solve the problems inherent in it without calling a computer expert .
Ease of Installation: No, No, No .Yes I would say it will take around two hours to install in your computer and have various steps in which users might be confused how to go further for next stage . I always need to call computer expert for installing it to my computer .
Features/Function: It will provide you various protection against malware, spyware, Anti-theft, web protection, etc .But I found my computer still under viruses having this Antivirus in my computer.
Service& Support: Service& support team is not customer friendly, they avoid your call and if your antivirus will not work, they’ll never return your Antivirus .
I would not recommend this virus to Anyone, please do not buy this, It has high price with no effectiveness .
