I recently watched Kaabil and it isn’t just a good movie, in fact, one of the best of all.
The movie revolves around a blind couple Supriya(Yami Gautam) and Rohan(Hrithik Roshan). Rohan was blind since birth. to earn a living, he does a voice-over. Their life was going smoothly until one day, a local goon, Amit(Rohit Roy) gets provoked by the charm of the Supriya, which leads him to gang-rape her along with a friend. As his brother was a political leader, he gets away with everything. Police instead of filing the report accused a couple of lying and publicity stunt. The frustration destroys both of them. Supriya tried to console herself and her husband as well and tries to get back on track before Amit again rapes her and this time they killed her. Getting infuriated, Rohan swears to take the revenge in its own way. To find out how you have to watch it.
The performance of all the cast members is very good. The way Yami and Hrithik play the role of a blind is superb. Madhav Rao, the political leader played by Ronit Roy is also very appreciable.
The sound track is also very good and cinematography is much much appreciable. Overall, the movie has the potential to glue you to your seats. A very well depicting the system scenario of many countries. Must watch
