Movie Kaagaz , is a good movie it gives a very nice concept . The concept is that , A man died in government document but he was live and he wants to prove that he is not die it takes 45 yrs to prove . Nice stars and co-stars in this movie. Its not a comedy based movie, its a real story . So you watch it . It not so much or very good movie but its a nice movie.
