Last Monday I saw the movie Kaala at Rex theatre, Bangalore with great expectation, even though knowing the reviews(Both positive and negative). There are few negative aspect of the movie are the duration is too long and this type stories are repeated more than 100 times, I do believe. It’s out and out Director’s movie. Kaala has a few striking scenes, which brings out the vintage Superstar magic, but it doesn’t last long. The best scene is between Rajni and Nana Patekar is the highlight of the film. Huma Qureshi makes her presence felt in a small role.
The movie is neither entertaining nor socially relevant.
I hope Thalaiva will rock in his forthcoming movies.
