Dear Sirs, In July 2010 one chimney and glass top 4 burner stove purchased for my new home at Kompally, Secunderabad. Since then the gas stoves one burner what not working and always the gas is leaked out. And after 6 months the blower was burnt out and the company personal came and took the blower and switch board for repair. It took nearly 3 - 4 weeks to get it repaired.
After installing the company person charged Rs.200/- as service charges. We noticed that the person had not fitted the blower motor or switch board properly and the blower making hell of a noise. Immediately I called the service franchise too look into the matter.
He promised that he will send the person again for rectification. But the after 7 calls for 10 days only the person had attended the complaint today i.e 29.3.2011. And said that some problem with the blower and switch board and he asked the Rs.200/- AGAIN. I said why? This was fitted by unprofessional technician and not worked properly and why the company again charging 200/-.
