<BKAHANI Ki Ghar>This is one of my favourite serials produced by Balaji Telefilms and telecast through STAR Plus.This is the story of the Agarwal parivaar which is a joint family living in Mumbai. Nowadays it is an excellent serial as the plots are good and logical, which is not found in many of Ekta Kapoor’s serials. It is not so much rona-dhona stuff as some of the Balaji serials are.
There is natural acting by most of them.However it is Sakshi Tanwar playing the role of Parvati who is the most natural actor. However there is too much of crying for Shruti.The camera effects are good and the portrayal of Sasha as the villain is excellent.Shweta Kawaatra who earlier played the role of Pallavi was excellent.
I admire the keen sense of judgement of young Ekta Kapoor for chosing Sakshi and Sweta for playing the roles of Parvati and Pallavi respectively. Avantika is fine; her role as a Lawyer, opposing her lawyer husband in the Court Scene was really superb. Om?s mother and grand mother have played their roles very effectively.
This is an excellent serial and I am addicted to it. Ifind the the night 10-11 slots on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to be boring because there is no kahhani ghar ghar ki.
