In Main course, there are varieties of rices, salads, raitas, rotis, vegetables, Chinese items to serve. The only disappointing thing for me, was dal was missing from the menu this time.
However, the Punjabi curry option as an alternative was nice. Pasta was added to this menu, surprisingly, it tasted good than it looked.
The Chhaas was served as a welcome drink, 35 minutes post we received our first starter of buffet, n it was limited one.
No more, as it was a special welcome drink, ohh please! The hakka noodles in Chinese, was fine, n well cooked.
The only item in the piled up buffet menu was the Veg Stuff Biryani, too much essence put into it, I suppose, n rosewater. Could not have more than a bite.
The salads were good n nice to have with main course. The dessert this time, did not have much choice, only chocolate mousse n ice cream, heart-breaking.
