Friends I visited kala kunj mishthan bhandar to buy some sweets. The shop is situated along the side of road in sadar bazar. There food and presentation is bad I want to order some jalebi from there but I saw that they don’t have their separate kitchen. They are making jalebis in open air and all the pollutants and smoke fall on it. It is very unhygienic the sales man pack the sweets with his hands without wearing gloves. The ambiance of the shop is very small and no more space for customers. The customer have to wait outside the shop if their are already 4 to 5 people entered in shop. The customer service is also poor there were lot of arguments among the waiters they were shouting on each other which make it uncomfortable for customers to place orders. The sweets taste is very bad and not up to the mark but its price are very high it doesn’t match the value for money
