Bus quality is at par with most travels. But, they rarely keeps time, bus issues are common and has a ’we don’t give a shit’ attitude.
When problems arise, which is rather often, the staff is very unhelpful. Not just that, they have at least once told us, helpless customers, that they never asked us to come on their bus. Best to avoid Kallada and use other travels.
