Booked pondichery to Coimbatore today(24 th April) and reached the travels 30 minutes early. Was offered either a van or a broken seat in a AC bus until viluppuram and then transfer to one more bus to Coimbatore.took the broken seat. Don’t know how tonight is going to end.
There is absolutely no mention of this van trip and transfer to one more bus while booking the ticket.horrible.
