Hi this is Shaney Ahmad Sharing with you my personal experience about this Kalptaru Sweets N Bakery, well as I entered the place was not so clean I mean chair somewhere else table somewhere else.No one to assist you, you yourself have to go and say what you want so the staff is totally pathetic.
Talking about food or snacks Presentation Nothing seemes Impressive to me. Just cooked and served. Inspite of being in pause area like civil lines they do not match up the competitions like the other restraunts.
Talking about ambience , hahaha when they will present their service like this how can one be happy with the atmosphere.If the ambience is not good than obviously how can the customer service can be good? Totally wasted my time out there well it was my first and last visit.The problem is that they don’t relly listen properly I don’t understand what makes them hurry? Every time they deliver something would be missing.
One thing they are good at are charging heavy money. Yes they charge like we were sitting in 3 star hotel or something.Totally dissatisfied.!
