I had terrible experience. I ordered earrings online and they changed the delivery date without informing me. When I requested them to change the date they denied. Apart from this, I made several follow up on their customer service number and every time they gave me different information. They never bother to revert. Customer service is highly poor. There is no channel to escalate the matter. Even their chat service and whatsapp number are useless. Just think several times before going for this pathetic brand. I don’t know why Amitabh Bachhan is doing advertisement of this poor quality brand.
This brand does not deserve single star.
