Well, I honestly dont know if its a good topic to write on, but since I have been a user, I will. Ok, ok, dont throw those used ones my side... I have a target to reach. Wikipedia definition - A condom is a device, usually made of latex, or polyurethane...
My definition - protection
Let me begin on the pack itself. Condoms come in a few colors, the ribbed and then the dotted also. These are meant for an enhancement in your activity, but then the options just boggle you. You even have the ones which delay the act itself, but keep you on the edge. (if you know what I mean) But in any case, they all delay the act...
There are a few different brands. Nirodh is free at any government hospital. Then you have the Kohinoor brand which packs a set of 8 different condoms which appears to be the best offer at 50 bucks. The pack contains different types and you can opt for one depending on your mood. Of course, the Moods is another brand, but, I am in no mood to write about it for now. And you also have Durex...
Coming to Ks, yes, they are supposed to be premium ones, and the pricing is about 4 bucks a piece or 90 bucks for the box. Of course, a few boxes are accompanied by a booklet containing a few positions, but dang, never try those if you value your bones.
A vist to their site - JK Ansell Ltd is the manufacturer of the Ks brand and is a 50:50 venture between the Raymond group and Ansell international. The KS brand was initially launched in 1991. The plant at Aurangabad manufactures about 345 million pieces annually. Their biggest buyer .. ahem, the Govt of India (Who is its partner!?!)
Actually condoms were staid, but with the aggressive launch of the brand, they marketed it as a brand with the tagline For the pleasure of love-making. True, the naming of the condom after the Hindu god of love is indicative of the product. And yes, sometimes Kamas sutras are provided in a booklet. In fact if you remember the ads for the condoms, it was KS which shed all inhibitions when displaying the ad on TV at the time. Now ofcourse, you still see the ads, but it depends on the time and the channel you are watching.
On a serious note, condoms are a safety device for unwanted pregnancies or STDs. There is no pill, contraceptive or other form which has had more success than it. Sex is fun and a pleasant activity. A form of expressing your physical closeness to your partner. You have love, passion, intimacy on the one hand and an unwanted pregnancy and STDs on the other. So next time you intend to have casual or explicit, just use it.
Now Im embarassed. Have I revealed too much?
